You must essentially look out for answers for these questions - Have they asked for specific qualifications? Do they emphasize on specific skill-sets? Are they stressing on work experience in the related field?
It will certainly create a bad impression if you cannot describe what you have learnt of the job profile.

Answers to all these types of questions should be prepared in advance. Provide structural answers to such questions. What was your achievement, what were your actions that led to success, how you were appreciated; should all be included in your answer.
These may not be the only questions that will be asked during an online interview. There will be questions that are based on the intricate details of the job. Also, the interviewers may include some “out of the box” questions to catch you off guard.
